Payment Methods
You may use Paypal to make payments to aquire any of the works on this site. Alternatively, you may send a British Sterling cheque made payable to ‘Elizabeth Rollins-Scott’ to the following address:

Please note that when sending cheques, I will not dispatch any artworks until the cheque has cleared.
Your Right to Return Goods
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from this website and have a full refund (excluding postage costs), if either:
(i) you have not already received the artwork, or;
(ii) you inform me within 7 days of receipt of the artwork.
This does not apply to privately commissioned artworks or limited edition prints that are made to order.
Order cancellations must be made in writing by email (elizabeth@elizabethrollinsscott.com), quoting your order number, within 7 days of receiving the order. If however your order has already shipped, you will need to return the order to me at your own cost using the original packaging.

Return or Exchange an Item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to me in their original condition and in their original packaging within 14 days (having informed me within the first 7 days that you wish to cancel the order) of receiving the order by Royal Mail Special Post and insured for the full sales value of the work in case of damage, theft or loss.
I will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) upon receipt, or exchange the item for a different artwork if preferred. Some products are non-returnable; these are those artworks that have been privately commissioned or limited edition prints that are made to order.
Please note:
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches me. For your own protection, I recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the full sales value of the goods for loss, damage and theft
- The cost of returning the item to me is your responsibility.
- The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to the address below.
Please send me a letter or email to the address stated below, detailing the reasons for returning it, together with both the invoice and parcel to:

Faulty Items
If the item you received is faulty or has been damaged, please contact me by emailing elizabeth@elizabethrollinsscott.com quoting the order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return. You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty or damaged artwork to return it to me.
